How Might Liberty Hall Utilise Cymatics

This research to date has proven valuable as its success would not only aid people with visual impairments but also everyone who can hear sounds or feel vibrations.

If this can be proven or re-adjusted to work to it's fully potential, it is important to look at how it can be fully utilised. To do this I have brought the prototype model back into Liberty Hall through this working sketch of the building. This is the start of ideas I have about it's realization from materiality to functionality. I can see uses spanning from relaxing environments, peaceful workspaces, reverberate theatre spaces, meditative sleeping spaces, conversation pods, restaurant noise reducing booths... the list of opportunity goes on. Continued testing and prototyping, alongside spatial designing could make this a great way to use lightweight materials and simple construction to solve problematic acoustics in existing buildings.
